What it costs, and whether you should.

Three stages. You can stop after any of them, and some clients do. Scope and fee are fixed before we start.

What moves the number is how many parts of the business we look at, not how the engagement goes.

  1. Stage 01

    Map + POC

    ~$20,000

    Two to four weeks

We sit with leadership, then with the people doing the work. The gap between those conversations is usually the finding.

    • You get

A ranked list of where AI pays in your business and where it will not, with the reasoning shown. Yours to keep.

    • We need from you

Four to six hours from a sponsor who can make decisions, and time with the people doing the work.

When to stop here. No is a real answer, and week four is the cheap place to hear it.

  2. Stage 02

    Build

    Fixed fee, scoped at Map

    Six to twelve weeks

The first working system, in front of real users, inside your environment. Not a demo. The thing.

    • You get

A working system real people use for real work, and the evidence: time saved, quality, where it fails.

    • And a recommendation

A clear read on whether this deserves to go further.

When to stop here. If the evidence says no, that is a successful engagement. Certainty for the price of twelve weeks.

  3. Stage 03

    Run

    Ongoing

Each build cheaper than the last

Production, properly. Then the next workflow, then the one after that.

    • You get

Systems that survive contact with the business, and your team trained to run them.

    • And less of us

A consultant who makes themselves permanent has failed.

Every engagement

Four things, every time.

  • A decision framework

How to compare initiatives on value, feasibility, cost and risk. Yours to keep.

  • A working system

Tested by the people closest to the work before anything touches production.

  • Evidence

What it saved, what it broke, who used it, what it needs before scale.

  • A sequence

What comes next and what it depends on.

Common questions

Before you book a call.

What does an engagement with Ragu AI cost?

Three stages, each priced before it starts. Map + POC is around $20,000. Build is a fixed fee, scoped during Map. Run is ongoing, and each build after the first costs less than the last. What moves the number is how many parts of the business we look at, not how the engagement goes.

How long does it take?

Map + POC runs two to four weeks. Build runs six to twelve. Run is ongoing.

Can we stop after the first stage?

Yes. You can stop after any of the three, and some clients do. If the evidence says no, that is a successful engagement: certainty for the price of twelve weeks.

What happens if we are not ready for this?

We say so at week four. No is a real answer, and week four is the cheap place to hear it. You will have paid a known amount to find out.

Where does the work happen, and what happens to our data?

Inside your cloud, your tenant and your access controls. Your data does not come to us. Everything we ship is permissioned, reviewed and reversible, with an audit trail on every answer.

Who runs the system after you leave?

Your team, without us. The measure of success is people still using it ninety days after launch. A consultant who makes themselves permanent has failed.

Who has Ragu AI worked with?

Berry Bros. & Rudd, Black Tomato, TravPro, Sakara, Bask and Conscious Wealth, to name a few.

Your cloud, your tenant, your access controls.

Your data does not come to us. We build inside environments you control, and everything we ship is permissioned, reviewed and reversible.

  • Built where you are

Inside your cloud and your tenant, under your access controls. Nothing leaves your environment.

  • Judged before it ships

Review gates, approval paths, audit trails and rollback in every build. Nothing reaches a decision unjudged.

  • Your data stays with you

Your data stays with you, so your own controls cover the work.
